Migrating a Windows installation to a new disk

This works to move to a same or larger disk.

1. Create windows 10 installation disk: get media creation tool,
2. Create a system image: settings → backup → create system image
3. Boot from installation disk, choose system image recovery, recover from image
4. Resize system partition: right click start, disk management, extend volume.
